Can't help with the link, but UJs transmit the power to the wheels smoother and more efficiently, and they don't wear out like dogbones.

No offense, but the TB02 chassis and Blazing Star do not use the same universals? I think that's a bit obvious as the Blazing star has far longer suspension arms. The TB02 should use shafts for the TL-01 or TA-04, and the Blazing Star those for the ThunderShot, MantaRay, TopForce etc. [:)]

Universals do wear out, but just not as much. Especially on the front axle they are off use, as when steering the axles make big axles. The UJ's are just more efficient at that so you will notice the difference the most up front... [;)]

As soon as I get paid I'm ordering some universals for my TB-02 too. Here are the right part numbers, they are only sold separately through http://towerhobby.com just plug in these part numbersin their search engine and you'll get the parts. P.S. These came right out of TB-02 instruction book, I have found in other posts that people say stuff and others agree with them and they are just DEAD WRONG. Any problem I've had, I've had to figure out on my own because of disinformation.

54399 Wheel Axles for Universal Shaft Assembly

53500 Cross Joints for Universal Shaft Assembly

53501 42mm Swing Shafts for Universal Shaft Assembly

53502 42mm Lightweight Rear Swing shafts for Universal Shaft Assembly

Each part # is enough to build 1 set, you'll need 2 of each to build both front and rear except for 53501 and 53502, you'll need 1 of each to build front and rear or 53501 for front only and 53502 for rear only.
