F-350 (Sleeping on the Job)

Ok, so picture this.... Got 2 High-lift kits, went to see TA04 yesterday and we had a 2 man build off to see who could get done and how long... I still have not gone to bed yet.  I think I have been up for 27 hrs now. So total time so far to build the chassis was 9 hrs.

Anyways, kit #1 (TA04's) went together fine... my kit's gear set was all wrong... It had 2 of the same gears and was missing the 27 tooth one that attaches to the hex on the upper part of the tranny.   This was the first case that I have seen this happen? Anyone else have something funny happen to their kit? I think someone was sleeping on the job!
