Just an info for the members. I received today my GPM motor plate, blue anodized and it doesn't fit perfectly with the clutch [:'(]. It touches a very little bit on the inner disk. Will work with file on. []

I use titanium burrs and those little sanding drum things which you just chuck in the bin ( sensibly and with a view to a healthy ozone layer)

The reason I try to avoid filing Ally is I get tired of unclogging the file even though I've oiled it or powdered it or whatever the thought of the day is.

If I want to be realy lazy I clamp it down and then run it through the milling machine whilst casually catching the chips with a vacuum cleaner.

SO did I so I went and bought 2

1 manual and 1 4 axis CNC (oh yes and a lathe) Once I am fully set up (moving stuff from motocycle filled Garage into new workshop) I hope to be offering my services to you all and I will make what has been broken.

For example Superchamp rear bumper, original was made of cow dung and ally fillings my replacement will be T6 polished aircraft ally.

So don't dream too deep you can use mine if you like!
