No, the Hi Lift tires are for sedan diameter wheels (1.9")  so they won't fit on M-chassis alloys.  The wheels will fit the hex hub but that's about it.

Thanks cardesigner, what size tires are for the M-Chassis alloys ? (Sorry guys, I'm into trucks these small tires are all new to me !).  I assume, for my future reference that the rims I am referring to only fit the m-chassis cars then ?

Yes, the only fit M-chassis tires. Tamiya made also some touring alu wheels some years ago but they are very expensive and imho their designs wouldn't suit the F350 well.

The M chassis tyres are only around 55mm

in diameter, not much bigger than the Hi-Lift wheels themselves. They

are also only available as treaded road tyres or slicks. Not the best

choice for a Hi-Lift.

The wheels that are used on f350 are touring car sized wheels (about 2inch diameter) whereas the mini wheels are much smaller in diameter.  You could find some aluminium wheels of touring car diameter to change the standard wheels Im sure.
