anyone remember this variasion also by UVA

OMG Pete! Thats a flashback [:o]  Remember seeing it in volksworld but never in real life! I'd like a black one to take me to my place of rest when I finally pop my clogs. Ever seen a wizard roadster with baja front end? I did but only the once, and I think theres a good reason for that [+o(].

Just a thought here, I can make up a 3D computer model of an VW engine in such a way that it could be produced in lexan (wont be perfectly detailed but better than nothing) as I've already build one that would just need adapting. I just need someone to CNC the mould plugs (hope thats the right word) from it.

Can anybody do the CNC bit? & does it sound do-able to you keith?

P.S. I did't notice the Turbo Dee, shame on me [:$][:D].

Badboy and Keith - I was a bit unsure about the front of this body at first, but after seeing what Badboy has done to it I reckon it looks great.  Having the right front bumper makes a big difference.

Wow badboy this is amazing. Well done Kamtec Keef too. You both seem to work really fast to a very high standard which is very impressive to see. Keep up the good work and thanks for letting us all share. Cheers

If we can get it 3D modelled I can get it made. Let me know more.

I'm

currently digging through backup CDs to get the engine I built, I'll

have to do things like merge the alternater tower with the fan cover at

rear so the lexan can lift of the mould and then export it as an .STL

file so ic can be made on a CNC. Hope that made sense, will dig a pic

out.

An engine like this one? [:D]]

OMG! That just way cool!!!! Think I've seen it here, did you build it?

Anyway

no nothing like that one LOL. I could model similar but was thinking of

an alternator belt shroud just to make thing easier all round. Heres a

VERY rough and ready knock up of what I had in mind.
