Another txt question, whats a chassis worth and is this a good base for a crawler?

I recently bought was described as a "mod clod chassis" thinking in my ignorance that it was some trick chassis. The owner said they did not know what type of chassis it was but after looking through a few members crawlers found out its only a stock TXT chassis. Does anyone know what these are worth with links but no shocks and are they a good platform for a crawler?
