What cars do you all drive?

Recommended Posts

Love your style, my man. Some top motors there. Especially loving the 929 - don't think I've ever seen one of them before!

Thank you ! Yes, the 929 is very rare. We have in Germany 52.000.000 Cars but only 20 Mazda 929 Coupe are still alive.

That's great - and they all look in brilliant condition as well. Makes my Youngtimer look like a shed.

Nice. Loving those - what's the mileage on the Insight?

My around town motor is a 1990 rover mini Mayfair 1 litre 4 on the floor plenty of rust lol. My long distance cruiser is a 3 litre z4 always wanted a straight 6 so chose it over a boxster I like it because its abit different too unusual marmite styling.

Not you then! Just someone I know from some other forums who has an Insight with similar mileage and is very into old school R/C.

I drive a 2004 54 plate (but registered privately) VW Passat TDi 130 PD Highline Saloon.....in Inky Blue Pearlescent.

I bought it brand new in 2004, and it has now covered 130,000 miles. B)

Snap(ish)! I have a 2001 Passat TDi 130 Sport Saloon - its only covered 118,000 though and is currently limping along with a cracked head and an iffy clutch! Still goes well though - it just likes to drink (coolant!)

Skip665 ouch! Expensive repair that. Have you sourced a new head? The clutch isnt cheap either for vw kit. Hope your engibe doesnt seize abd leave ya stranded.

Nope - the bare head is expensive enough - the car just isn't worth repairing really - so I will just keep putting coolant in it (which I get for free) and run it until it dies!
