right me again!

just got a eco 20 esc for a fiver! (lol im not that scary to my lhs am i? a savage for £19.99 did you say mr lhs? lol jk!)

right i just got this esc and was wondering what would be a good motor

to partner with it on my kbf? i ran it today with a kit 540 and a sport tuned 540 powering them with 1 tamiya 1400 stick pack then with a unknowen 1800 sick and also a 2300 gp pack and was amazed by the fact that the esc wasent even a little warm! so i was wondering what motor would go good with the eco 20 + 2300 batts in a kbf?

No question about this one at all, a good 24degree torquey 27T stock is the way to go.

The 27T stock is the answer to a beginners prayer, much faster than the kit motor, no urgent need to change anything else to suit (in a Tamiya!), just loads more GO.

Are you reading this Jimbob :-)

I would use a 550 (called also 600) sized motor, cheap and more torque then most 540 sized ones. Like our US friends say, there is no equivalent for engine size [;)]

Kyosho Magnetic Meyhem is 22 turn and quite torquey. I run one in my Bush Devil and it goes well. Good for crawling about and climbing slopes [:D] Don't really need anything faster as a truck isn't really designed for going too fast

I can confirm - I have a 550 sized AYK mmotor in mine and it has plenty of torque now! [8D]
