TA01/TA02 difference...

Looking to buy a ball race kit for my 58161 Ford F150. This chassis is supposed to be a mix of TA01 and TA02 - which ball race kit would I need?? The only ones I can find are either for TA01 or TA02.

 Help!

 The TA01 & 2 are almost exactly the same drivetrain wise, but the chassis of the TA01 is slightly longer.

There are more differences than some people know.

The Parts that are the same, are the gearboxes casings, the internals and the C Parts.

The Different parts are:

Chassis,

Front and Rear Suspension Arms

Front Uprights

Prop Shaft

Rear Body mounts

But to answer your question, you need the TA01 ballrace set. The front uprights of the TA02 use diffenent bearing sizes to the TA01

Thanks all - As there were some mixed views I've actually been right through the manual now and compared it to TA01/02 bearings kits on-line, and it is indeed the TA01 kit that has the right bearings as Europro stated.
