Help with shipping (Ebay seller only wants to ship to USA)

I am looking for some special stuff for my Taig micro lathe but the seller only want to ship to USA, can anyone help me with this. (if I pay the seller and tell him to ship to you you send it to me and I pay you a few USD for the extra work?) I need some reply quite fast as the auction is ending in about 24 hours. Why do you not look at an other EBAY site (Germany or the Uk ) maybe there are also the same parts you need and they may ship it to you .
