Anybody intrested in a south coast runners group !

Hi Folks

I think i posted this in the wrong section originaly so here it is again in the right section 

Im thinking of starting a southcoast runners group and was wondering if anybody would be intrested

basicly it would be a group where we could arange runs have fun and show off pics of events and our cars at various bashs

the only rules would be that you have to attend 2 meetings with other tc members a year (even if its just 3 of you going for a bash in the park) weather local or otherwise 

I know Hillman666 is intrested so anyone else intrested ?

l could be up for this. Have car will travel but where abouts are you thinking off? The south coast is a big area.

 And as for the rules (attend 2 meets a year) I'm not keen on those.

Sounds like a fab idea.

I'm in Waterlooville and meet up with Chain Driven and Munchkin Rebel regularly at West Wittering to either use the flat sand for Sand Scorching or Mini racing, go in to the Dunes with our large collection of XCs and 3-Speeds or we go off into the forest about 10 miles north of Worthing.

Recently also surveyed the Devil's Punchbowl at Hindhead which has a variety of terrain and a driveable stream located at the bottom, really only for XCs with both diffs locked etc.

Additionally have just come across fantastic rally oval approx 50' x 40' near Farley's Mount just south west of Winchester.

Hi Guys

well all permiting i will make a start on it this weekend

so far we have 11 people intrested so thats a good start

and by south coast i was thinking from the thames down around the coastline to the edge of that place they call wales so it should be intresting ????????

there should be loads of meets around the dorset and hampshire , yoevil ,somerset etc areas as theres plenty of members close at hand who with minor transport could make it to some of the meets

Alex and I would be interested too! [] And have got vehicles for most surfaces (tarmac, woods, grass, beach etc).

Somerset based but quite happy to trog over eastwards as long as a pub is involved at the end of a run []

Count me in too.  I'm Poole/Bournemouth based but can travel with a bit of notice (weekends often fill up with kids' stuff and I go to 1:1 off-road events when I'm allowed!)
