I got my battery from time tunnel models. it's 3000, but i think that is enough. also, models in motion sell a 3500!

All good model shops should stock these. Buy a copy of Radio Racer Car or Racer magazine and ring round a few shops to get some prices. My LHS has them starting at £26.95 rising to £35 as a guide.

I see alot of GP3000 and 3300 on eBay lately, both the UK and US bays. Seems like they go for a fair price.
