just put a 27t stick motor on my stadium thunder and when going form fowards to reverse quickly it started to crunch. it running a msc but is ball raced. i though this diff could take this motor???

also it there any ball diffs that can fit this ?????

One of the worst things anyone can do to a R/C car is to go from forward and just straight to reverse, you have to wait a bit and slow the car down then change to reverse when it has slown down. You are wrecking the motor, gears, gearbox plastics and probably a few other parts. If driven properly this car could take a 15turn double motor. Just drive with care.

Thanks

Yep what Jimmy says is right, imagine going straight from forwards to reverse in a real 1/1 car!! There would be a few crunching noises and a big bang as your gearbox disintegrated!!

I absolutely agree with Jimmy about this, try not to do it, it can and will break things.

If the tyres won't slip and the motor has enough grunt then something(s) else has to give, I think that you've just found out what that something is!

Thats not to mention the extra electrical load on motor, speed control and battery.
