They are also available from Conrad.de in Germany, if that's any better (and in white), Article Number 227817-79, 15.34 euros for a pack of 2. They also have a wider version (43mm) for the same price, Article Number 227818-79.

 I think they are intended as front and rear wheels/tyres for 1/10th scale nitro circuit racing cars, but are also used as rears on that dragster. Coincidentally, Conrad also sell the dragster as the Voltcraft Dragon Blaster (Voltcraft is one of their own brands). From looking at the parts used on the car, I believe the car is made by Great Vigor Models of Taiwan (a well-known generic rc model manufacturer who don't mind supplying their products to other companies to sell as their own). Almost all of Conrad's hobby-grade 'own brand' rc cars are supplied by GV Models, who also supply the likes of Robbe, XTM, and it would seem, Megatech (the cars on their site are identical to the ones Conrad sell).
