I have a TA-01 just rebuilt/restored. I can provide an msc that works with it. It is a road version, I was told it was the Celica GT-Four Rally (the first ta-01), though who knows. The wheels and tires are some old ones I had sitting around so you can take them or leave them. The only thing it needs are the front axles to be complete.

I can send worldwide. I put a fair amount of oney into this to get it all back together again, so I am entertaining offers in the $75.00 (US) range (plus shipping). Email me and i will send pictures.
