Well, Wednesday 31 January 2007. I placed an online order for a Twin Detonator, Futaba 2pl Radio, Ofna Servo Saver.  I used a coupon code for $25 off the total price.  Then on 1 February 2007, I receive a generic email from Tower Hobbies with a new coupon code to save $35 off of an order of the same value I made the day before.

So, I call up, speak to someone and the said "We will credit that $10 difference back to your credit card". Bravo Tower Hobbies [Y] !

On a side note, The items are for my girlfriends son for his b-day, I think TC is going to have a new member after he unwraps that !  I took my modded Clod over & he's been hooked ever since ! I think I'm more excited about the build than he is []. Cheers fellas !

Tower has excellent customer service, I ordered a blackfoot extreme and pumkin body from them and both arrived damaged. upon calling them other than asking my order number no questions and sent me both bodies again post haste.

I ordered a stampede and many small parts in november.

they made 2 shipment, first one arrived 2 weeks later

on january 10th, I emailed them as the 2nd shipment had not arrived.

They immediatly sent me the 2 small parts free of charge. of course, 2 days after the new 2nd shipment, the initial shipment arrived (took exactly 2 months). I emailed them again, and they told me "just keep them, it'll cost you more in shipping than the value of the parts".

they have a new valuable customer, and my local hobby shop just lost one:)
