I was curious what Willy's plastic sheet visor was going for these days.  I can't seem to find any on the dreaded eBay (maybe not looking in the right place), but it seems like a rare thing.

I have one that was never mounted.  It does has some scratches from 20+ years in the bottom of a parts box, but could probably be cleaned up somehow.  (There's gotta be a way to get the little scuffs out.)

Anyway, couldn't find anything searching the forums, so I figured I'd ask!

mines is unmounted and suffers from the same problem,laying in the bottom of the little parts box for years on end.although it isnt too bad.

Hey guys, just buy a CD/DVD scratch repair kit and all the scratches will polish right off! The kit should contain some fine paste like polish and some kind of synthetic lint free cloth. Also handy on scratched policabornate/Lexan bodies.

bimmerman- thanks!  I had thought about CD kit, but I really won't ever put mine on Willy.  The way I drive the visor would be gone during the first pack!!!  [6]

I am going to try refinishing one of my old Hotshot bodies and I will try on that.  I was just curious if the visors are in demand as are most WW1 parts now.
