Any Large scale fans?

I've always drooled over the Raco Jac-rabbit. I'd love to get ahold of one of those, or a traxxas monster buggy, or HPI 5-b.

I've seen a few online and in the mags, but never owned or driven one.

I was in a shop a few years ago in Florida (while visiting the grandparents) that had a ton of 1/4 and 1/5 cars.

The raco cars seem to come up a bit on ebay, but I haven't jumped on one yet. I remember seeing some upgrade parts in the tower catalogs back when the cars were new.

Does anyone collect or run these?

Yup, I still have an original Raco stadium truck and a jac rabbit.

Haven't been run for a few years but have no intention of letting them go.

Well, my neighbor has the HPI 5 buggy and is planning to get the truck version also. I love watching these run in the open desert here..

I have three 1/5 cars.

First a RS-5 formula 1, with this car i am racing

second a new RS-5 touring car chassis from the beginning of RS-5 with chassis number 21

third a PB Dart

Ascona1,that RS5 is trully a bit special,very very nice

i luuurve large scale RC,i raced the TOPSA on road series in the late 90`s and managed to win the 1/5 GT championship in 97 with an FG Porsche RSR and then finished 3rd in the Super tourers in 98 as a privateer,i currently race a HPi Baja 5b SS for HPi and Mirage in the BRCA Largescale off road championships.

My bash largescale car is an FG Monster Beetle(needs putting back together) and i still have a couple of FG road cars(in bits)

I quite like petrol powered boats too and aircraft,i think i need help

fine to hear you like the cars. RS-5 cars are looking very High class. The erformance on the track is also very good. I have won several races with my formula 1 in the last two years. In 2008 i finished third in the germanmaster, 9th in the worldmasters, and first in nrw racing series.

Just in the throws of building a petrol boat, 26PUM Zenoah with a S/S swashdrive jet unit.
