Mini Copper Tyres

|Does anyone know if it is possible to get tyres similar to the Schumacher Mini Pins (yellow) to fit Mini Cooper wheels?

I did see something on one of those crazy Japanese sites about cutting and shutting a tire to reduce the diameter (ie cut a section out and reglue). Very tricky to get right though.

Associated RC18T tyres can be stretched onto Mini rims, if there's a mini pin tyre for them, then you could try that?
