Hey Buddy, sorry to inform you, but I am way down in the North Houston. If you make it down I-45 just over 200 miles, I can meet you. At last check, there was a track near me. If you want some good track info, try calling Light Speed  in the Fort Worth area at 817-483-5772 and see what they say. Another one over near Texas stadium area is Wild Bills over in Irving at 972-438-9224 and see what they say. Good luck, hope to meet you someday when I get up to DFW next. I don't get up there much and now my sister in law is moving out of state from there so won't get to go up there much anymore either. Well, I could try.

Sorry to hear you are so far away, thanks for the info. My brother has some friends in the area, they are more into planes but everything is fun. Found a local hobby shop nearby and sitting on the shelf behind the counter was a Newman Porsche 956, when asked they said it was built by a man who never runs them and was for sale for $35, snapped it up right away and made some new friends at the hobby store. If you are ever in the area let me know would like to meet.
