HELP!!!! how do i make a electric winch???????????

Hiya i wanna do a winch project on highlift, but what i wanna do is use a high tourque servo and ive looked at the chassis and there hardly no room for it, has any one got any pictures there could post plz or websites with the info for doing it????? thanks
