Servos with Clear Cases - Now a wanted add !

As the title states - I am looking to buy a servo with a transparent case.  Where would I find one - can anyone provide a link to the manufacturer or store (preferably North America) ?  I need it standard size for my evo iv ms.  Thanks.

Try the manfacturer named "Cirrus".(The case also says "Made in Taiwan")

I have one of their High torque, ballraced and metal geared servos in my XC, and yes, it has a clear case. It seems to be quite reliable, as It originally used in a Losi XX4 when I was racing offroad. From memory, it only cost about $40 - $50 AUD new.

Avoid buying any servos from "Blue Bird".

yeah they're dirt cheap for their specs & they've got clear cases.

But I've managed to strip the teeth off a METAL geared hi-torquer and in a subsequent bump (due to wonky steering) the servo has managed to rip itself out of its 4-hole mount ears. Yep broke all ears off the case.

EvoIV is only held on by 2 ear holes too.

Well, I can't back order form Hobby People (who seem to be the only ones that carry the darn things) so I need someone to sell me one.  The one I'm after is the Cirrus CS701BB (19.99 US Funds at Hobby People).  Anyone ? I'm in Canada & use Paypal.

I wouldn't mind getting this servo to you in Canada (I'm in the USA), although the Hobby People website shows that it is "On Order".

Thanks for your response Dimblum - I have sent an email to Hobby People as they seem to be an exclusive distributor to see when they anticipate the servo coming in.  I should be able to order it directly from them once in stock.  I am however, still hoping a TC Member has a "minT" used one they can part with [].  It would match very well with my "smoke" colored diff covers I managed to get.

I may have one of these laying around.  I can check for you later tonight if you'd like.  I also live very close to Hobby People and wouldnt mind stopping by and checking for the servo.
