fast Motors!

got a Boommerang on the way but its just got a standard motor. Am looking to supe it up with a really fast motor....its going to be a high speed basher! Looking for a new motor rathr than vintage..any ideas from you experts put there much appreciated!

Watch out for your ESC, it may be not good enough for anny engine, I got a purple bull myself, it goes up to 40 km/h in my standard tt-01 chassis (only diffirent tires & batterypack). Its an XB pro and it can handle it

Good point, but I think it usese an old Mechanical speed control...does that mean I have to stick to vintage motor?

If you are using an MSC then you are limited to a stock motor. Thats not a bad thing though, as modern stocks are nearly as good as modifieds and a modified would only chew up your gearbox and ruin your battery life!

I suggest either the Trinity monster horsepower or the Reedy MVP. You will also need a smaller pinion to get the most out of it. As a rough guide 2 teeth less than the standard.
