TEU101BK and "real" stocker? Heatsinks?

Hi all - need some insight before I burn my ESC  

1- anyone has experience of running a 101BK with a real, competition-like 27T? Not the silver can, but the real thing (ok - in my car it will be with P2K's, which are a few years old, but barely used and still riiiiip!!!) - looking to drop one of these in my lunchbox to get a bit more ooomph

2- on the same topic - could you guys point me to heatsinks + heat-conducing adhesive on ePay that would actually be a nice fit on the 101BK? I think I remember seeing this somewhere but can't find it anymore

I have a TEU101BK in my hotshot (which means zero airflow) and a technipower motor (23 turn) and I've had no trouble with overheating.

Don't know the answer to question 2 though.

Got a 101 hooked up to a P2K2 on my FF02, the 101 is burried within the chassis extension. It's warm after a heat, but nothing that forces it into thermal shutdown, and that's with the silvercan gearing... the P2K2 is a bit warmer than usual though...

i drive a tb.02 with a 27t team orion motor with esc teu 101 with no problems!

Go down to your local PC World (etc) and buy a heatsink mod kit, heatsinks and bonding agent all in one.

If still relevant, you can get thermal self adhesive memory chips in anodised blue on ebay, they are meant for computer memory or chips, but may help drag heat from your TEU 101,

Thanks - yes, this is exactly what I was looking for - unfortunately the guy doesn't ship outside of the UK but I'll find a way

After a few packs with a P2K in my decked out (oil shocks, extra lead for wheelies, ... read heavy) VLB with the stock 101BK, I can say it actually works. The speedo gets hot (still not MSC resistor hot) but doesn't go into thermal. I have to say I'm happily surprised!
