Well, my 40 Series Rims/Tires from Proline arrived with the 23mm adapters for my TNX 5.2.  The question is this:  Are they too big ? Do they look silly ? OR Are they perfect !  Opinions & discussion please.  Also, post pics of your biggest wheels & tires here !

I think they look just right, the tred patern goes well with the body as well. I really like the 40 series moabs.

They look perfect. BTW how is your truck doing?

Thanks soldier, the truck has had the "break in" tanks run through it (while it was up on a stand) but that's it so far.  I'm hoping to get it out tomorrow (with the stock tires first) to get a few gentle runs in.  Unfortunately my work schedule & the weather have not been friendly as of late.  BUT tomorrow is supposed to be a great day & I'm off ! So, with any luck I'll have a full report ! Yes, the more I look at it the more those tires are just "perfect" [Y]  !

Those tires look great on that truck, but if you intend to race it, they might be too big and heavy. BTW, you are soooo lucky that your truck runs right, I've been trying too get my Duratrax Maximum ST nitro stadium truck running right for weeks. A nitrohead friend of mine tried for a while to tune it today, but it wouldn't even start, and he got frustrated[:'(], and instead tuned my brother's Nitro Rustler so it goes faster than my friend's Revo! Ahhh, life...

One of the best lookin monster trucks I have seen - they suit it well tho as Above I would check your gearings and most likely use smaller wheels for any racing in order to get the acceleration out of corners and save those wheels from any contact enduced damage.

Thanks Ryck - no worries for racing - this is a truck for fun/bashing [;)].  The first few actual runs will be with the stock ones (since I'm still waiting for my 23mm wrench to get in).
