Sand Rover Front Tires

Is there any other Tamiya model that used the same type and size front tire as the Sand Rover.Is the Sand Scorchers front tires the same type and size as Sand rover? Thanks William.

Only the Holiday Buggy used the same tires as the Sand Rover. It appears that Tamiya designed the tires just for those two cars and then broke the mold.

The Sand Scorchers tires are they standard 1.5 inch sand tires also used on the Frog, Hornet, GrassHopper, etc.

The Sand Rover / Holiday Buggy fronts are larger and wider. They are also designed to fit a custom two piece wheel instead of the three piece wheel normally used by the Scorcher tires.
