theshopkeeper 39 Posted January 21, 2010 How about a real oddity - the duplicated number kit that Arwico had Tamiya make for Switzerland: 58401 Sauber C22 F201 At the time, we managed to get some of these and they were a F201 with the Sauber C22 F1 body set and revised wheels. It was a special edition made for the Swiss market and not distributed worldwide by Tamiya. They then reused the number for the Neo Falcon...

TWINSET 1793 Posted January 30, 2010 Now as the first Sand Scorcher been delivered, Isn't about time to ad #58452 Sand Scorcher 2010? There are others too, we're not just waiting for the SS to be rereleased to spring into action. Stefan's not gonna be able to do it for a while, as you may not have read here; http://www.tamiyaclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=54053 so Chris'll have to show somebody else how to do it. If anyone wants to help speed the process up, a list of all the cars needing adding would be handy

TWINSET 1793 Posted January 31, 2010 Also would be nice to have an update on the chassis page. One thing at a time eh? I'm not sure what's involved in the other process yet, could be a 2 minute job or a hobby for the terminally bored. Soon as I know what's what, I'll post it up. Many thanks for the list though, if there's any additions, please quote Steve's post and add to it

TWINSET 1793 Posted January 31, 2010 Sorry - I just wanted to make sure it's not forgotten. I think it's been years since it was updated.-S No worries Steve, I was looking at it the other day actually and thinking similar. Can see that being a big job though, as it'll involve checking the existing stuff and respective re-releases etc, and I got no idea when it was done/last updated. Not sure what makes a model go where, will try and find out and get it moved - The Scania went there too - Stefan musta known the secret and didn't share
Stefan(2) 89 Posted February 14, 2010 Im still around The answer is easy, there where some errors made in the past but never got corrected. Also actually model designations where changed "off tamiya" , after some models got added. (and, as '" i " could not edit existing entery's, they where there to stay) So we still have 2x 56020 leopard's , stuff like that In basic, the 56 series (trucks/tanks/trailers should be put together) , What i always did to find the correct 56 , 57 ect group, is have a 2e window open to add a model to my showroom, so i could double check my entery if it went into the correct group. The odd numbers all went into "anything else" , again, the trick of "try to add one previous model" to your showroom will help you to find the correct group. *now you know why it took quite some time to do *
RedFrits 0 Posted February 25, 2010 Can someone add the Scania R620 (56323) to the models on the main page? Thanks Frits

TWINSET 1793 Posted February 27, 2010 Can someone add the Scania R620 (56323) to the models on the main page? Thanks Frits If you're using Internet Explorer or Firefox, holding down CTRL and tapping F will bring up a search box, which will scan the page you're on for whatever you type in - quite handy now there's so many models http://www.tamiyaclub.com/cars.asp
RedFrits 0 Posted March 3, 2010 If you're using Internet Explorer or Firefox, holding down CTRL and tapping F will bring up a search box, which will scan the page you're on for whatever you type in - quite handy now there's so many models http://www.tamiyaclub.com/cars.asp It seems there are two 56000s groups, on the main page AND in the edit function when editting/adding a model in your own showroom. Seems that those lists are corrupt.
TWINSET 1793 Posted March 3, 2010 I can still not select it in my showroom when I edit my Scania. It is still listed under Misc. since I can not find the 56323 number 9not in list) No idea why you can't see it, it's there;
RedFrits 0 Posted March 4, 2010 No idea why you can't see it, it's there; See my previous post. There are two items in the pull down menu named 56000s. When you select the top one, the 56323 does not apear.
