When did Tamiya make this?

Got a static 1/16 Tiger 1 on ebay. Only bidder. []

I was basically expecting it to look like the RC one- early model.

Instead it has the later type turret and tool stowage. [:0]

Not the '131' shown in 2003 catalogue. Does have metal chassis and suspension, so worth it for spares![]

Can anyone tell me what year this was produced? Many thanks.[]
