its the xtm electric truck.

its really fun ..well not out off the box though. dampers need different oil and  damperholes (dunno the right word)..the plate with the holes inside the damper i mean. those need to be sanded. those are very rough when stock. the holes were drilled to 1mm. silicon oil (50) and stiffer springs. stock ones are way too soft.

next was was damper boots . those were made for 1:8 cars but can be cut to fit.

installed LRP big block with steel pinion 18 with 48dp. the original one is more a joke (very rough).

bullet reverse esc.

most import thing is the kick up section that needed some reinforcement.

now it seems to be a great basher. the car itself is really cheap here in germany 99 euros.

i can only highly recommend it. best value !! comes fully ball raced. slipper clutch..etc.

here are some pics:

Aren't these Chinese made? It looks an awful lot like the RC-10 in plastic. The first objection I have to Chinese products is parts are difficult to locate, they are good a copying other companies work but not at designing anything that is original and their politics bother me quite a bit. I know the attraction to a low price and understand its appeal, but sometimes the real costs are not realized until later on, with the increase of wealth in China the time of cheap goods that are not propped up by the government will start to turn around, and if the government continues to prop up companies just to keep the prices low, the house of cards will tumble. I know several people that have bought Chinese trucks and cars that claim to share parts with brand name products that have been a huge disappointment to their owners, so I have avoided them. I hope yours works out, we all know the design is good! SBJ

The XTM stadium racer is a very nice beginner to intermediate truck. I have seen a few at my local track, they have alot of potential unlike the Rustler...

I haven't seen any of these at the track as of yet. I have noticed an increase in different makes of cars and trucks, some are more successful than others. So far the brand names that have the luxury of being able to get hop-up parts and speed parts makes them turn up in the A main more often than the others. I am still not going to send my money to china even if they are giving them away, but I am appreciating the innovations that are starting to appear.
