Crp Frog Hop Up Front Towers And Coil Over Dampers

Here is a pic of my Frog with those CRP front towers and CRP coil over dampers.I haven't run it yet to see how it performs

Are these black CRP front tower parts a recent release? I remember them only in the colour red. (that's what I have on mine.)

Hi Homerboi, yes i got these about 2 weeks ago from Teamcrp on the bay, available in black or red now

One note regarding the CRP shocks (I don't recall if they are available anymore) is that they require use of 15wt oil only (can anyone confirm this?) Anything heavier makes them quite stiff.

And I was also told that they (the CRP shocks) leak (to some degree) using this oil.

I thought that ebay seller just adopted the CRP name, and that CRP are long out of business and all they ebay guys do is sell their old stock?

I would be nice if the parts are still being made though.

Its worth having a look at their shop ,there are loads of new items and very reasonably priced too

CRP are long out of business, the new stock is just new old stock. Its like if I set up a shop called Hot Trick and sold all my old NOS Hot Trick parts.

The CRP shocks were only made back in the day with red collars. Red doesn't go with a lot of colour schemes, so the CRP shop are re-dying them black to make them sell better.

Thats right Ed.The CRP stuff is dyed in a range of colours, especially the bumpers.Those originally 'red' parts on the dampers in my pic are painted , as it is a runner, but the towers were bought black
