Audley Rc Models

Hi All

I can lay my hands on an Audley 1:10 NIB Lamborghini Countach RC. The kit itself is in a 100% mint and complete condition. The body is still in a plastic sealed bag. The chassis looks like a typical pancar setup but with normal 1:10 rims and tires.

I never before seen this Manufacturer - but the box is all written in Eastern writing.

Any links or info on this car/Manufacturer .

I can also get a original NIB MO2 Mazda Eunos roadster kit (Tamiya) with the 3-speed MSC.

Is it worth getting this kits??? Price to offer?????

Audley are a Chinese company who made cheap clones of the Taiyo Radi-can 1/32 scale cars 4-5 years ago called Race-Tin. These were simple toys with the difference being they made many hop ups for them. They were really popular in Thailand and Singapore where they organised race series for them. A fully hopped up one could reach 80km/h easily.

They went through several versions then expanded into 1/10th scale with just a larger version of the Race-tin cars with hard plastic bodies. The 1/10th scale cars have a chassis which looks a but like a Grasshopper and uses a 380 motor (a Mabuchi 540 was available as a hop up!) and a battery pack made of AAs. No proportional control, just forward/back left/right.

Later they made a more advanced version with lexan bodies, a better chassis and a more sophisticated radio. It had 2 forward speeds and had a 5 position steering, so you could turn tight or wide. Not proportional though.

It's been a couple of years since I last heard anything about them, I suspect they are making r/dc helicopters now as that seems to be the latest thing coming from China these days.

Spell slightly differently maybe that's the reason of so hard to find.

Also interest to see how's the 1/10 countach you got. Never know it produce 1/10 hobby grade R/C....
