rover mini bumpers

i bought a shell of ebay ages ago before even before i bought the mini the other week and the one off ebay had chrome plastic bumpers and i wondered if i could buy some to put on my new tamiya mini cooper.

If you mean the chrome plastic front/rear bumpers that were on the Rover Mini Cooper (58149) kit, then these aren't available as a spare as far as I know. If you have a new (58211) Mini, then I'm not sure that these bumpers would fit anyway - when I tried the older body on a M03 chassis, the fittings fouled on the front bumper.

If you still want to try and get hold of some, then your best bet would be to post in the 'sale/wanted' forum here.

Hi, Jordan Mini,

I have been looking for some time for these as well. They seem quite hard to come by, but occasionally pop up, if not here than Ebay probably would be the only bet, unless you can make your own. I was conisdering this myself, which would probably not be easy, that way you could make your own fixings? It is a shame that Tamiya didnt do it as an optional extra. I made a nudge bar for my Mini, out of sprung steel. Looked simple, but was quite hard to do, but looks good with the spotlights IMHO (there is a pic in my showroom)

i wanted to leave a comment but couldn't [] lol

the window wipers Decals don't work for me i've painted up a spare set of Monster Beetle Wipers and will be fitting them to my mini and there easy to get hold of as they pop up on the bay from time to time

it's the same with the bumpers i bought a few sets on there own NIB just have to keep watching the bay []
