It was you with the Boomer Pumpkin and some other bits wasn't it?

Sounds like me, I unexpectedly sold the Pumpkin and I've now got my spares down to a more sensible level now.

But the numbers of cars and trucks is still a bit of a problem and twice what I can handle.

I'll get some up for sale when the weather improves!

Maybe even get some time to run a few!!

With an arrival of ball bearings, I went to work replacing the bushings on my BMW GTP:

The body had several hours for its clear coat to set, and so mounted it after eliminating some air bubbles:

And thus my longest-standing project was completed:

It looks very good in full colours. I gave it a short run with my newly-acquired Tamtech 202 Wheeler transmitter:

My hand really should be on that wheel...

Not done nothing R/C related today :( Yet ;)

But I have spent the last 5 hours doing a weekly clean, very light 4 monthly filter clean and plant tidy up on my 300L Aquarium, absolutely knackered so enjoying a ice cold beer now :)

Got my paint spraycans in PS-16, Gloss white and flat clear. Painted the helmet of Balmy Baldwin so i can finally put the decals on the helmet and attach it to the body of my 2K1 after i have painted that with flat clear :)

Thought I'd kicked the habit a few years ago but these last few days I have fallen off the wagon... Hello my name is Mr Crispy... and I keep shortening TL01 chassis... I like the way it looks, I like the way it smells... I even like the way it tastes... But hey, I can give up any time I want to man! I just don't want to yet that's all :)

Love how you've mounted the cars on the wall Vrdetailing, it looks like my loft did before I filled it with junk :) I found it made a big difference to the brightness in my loft just by painting the walls white with some cheap paint. Mine doesn't have as much height as yours so I also stapled some old white bed sheets to the beams, that brightened it up a lot, keeps the dust on the other side and helps to warn you when you're about to whack your head.

Congratulations Sayer... It's reassuring to know that someone on this planet is legally obliged to tolerate you :)

Hope you've got your mother in law jokes sorted mate.

Superglued Cubex tyres to Desperado rims, then started cleaning up project Avante.

Well I've actually got as far as step 16 in the rebuild so quite a productive day. Should have a rolling chassis up tomorrow, then it's the black special body :(

Spent 30 minutes removing old used Tamiya K Block tyres from the DF03 wheels, cleaning the wheels up of super glue and old rubber and fitting new Tamiya K Block tyres. Saved me money on new wheels :)

Fitted some TG10 long rear wheel axles to my FTX Vantage to help with rear track width issues and also fitted some teflon coated ball studs and new low friction adjusters to the steering system. Then adjusting the front camber and doing a complete setup on my setup station.

Finished the truck I made out of random parts...bolted a CC01 bumper to the front. Clearance isn't great but let's see his it lasts! I've already earmarked some of the parts for a future project so I might just thrash it to destruction!

Also got brave and finally painted my Mini. It's PS17 metallic green with Alclad II chrome trim and bumper.

Masked the lights off so I can put some buckets in there.

Hiding underneath is an M03R which I also added stabiliser bars to tonight...just because!

I set about fitting a few of the smaller parts I had collected for my rising fighter. A 540 sport tuned from Banzai and some aftermarket shocks from Modelsport. The light buckets also came from Modelsport but the LED's came from Ebay. I've bought a second body to paint so I can keep the original in pristine condition. I'm still undecided on colour but lime green will feature somewhere. I had also planned to use the mesh to make some form of window netting. It looks ok so far but I'm not sure it will stay.
