I am off to strip my terra conqueror down, find out whats for the bin and whats salvageable.

Bought an XB Black Special Lunchbox this afternoon after being unable to resist a limited 20% offer.

I already have the re-re yellow Lunchbox for the last 3 years NIB. Planned to build it as a runner but too busy to assemble one.

A fun runner trully it is, as described by many TC owners.

It was able to conquer many offroad surfaces without needing me to pick it up. Best of all, after flying off a hump imperfectly, it still lands upright 😄.

This is gonna be in my car boot. So whenever I have to wait in the car for whatever reason, i will just find an open field and plug and go for a de-stress session.

fitted rear body mount stay and pink wheels to monster beetle. removed nose and rear lights from shell ready for painting once weather gets a bit better.

also fitted new rear shocks,rear body mount and new shell to my ftx carnage. scoured ebay for more parts!

Don't worry mate (saw you paint post earlier), I had dog hair in my primmer so had to do a flat and re prime

Spent the morning washing gravel ready to replace the sand in the fish tank while the wife empty,d and cleaned the tank faster then I could clean the gravel. That's a job I dont want to do again. Then did a trip to my lhs to get a longer senser lead for the brushless set up but they did,nt have one in so back there next week. Then to the aquarium shop for supplys.

Finally masked my Dyna Storm body and applied a first coat of PS-16 (black was already done last week)

Bashed around with my Stadium Blitzer at my local spot. And then had a spin around my balcony with my Losi micro sct, was a sunny 20c here so was lurvly. Gave the blitzer a good dust off and clean after.

Finally finished my Fighter Blitzer project after waiting for all the parts to arrive over the last four weeks. Got to build some DF03 shocks, put some longer axles in the knuckles, add some wheels, tyres, fill the diff with anti wear grease, install the 8.5T brushless combo with a steel pinion, solder up all the cables set everything up and grab a quick test in the snowy/wet car park outside my house. Sweet. Would have been sweeter if the weather wasn't so rubbish!

Took my Ftx Vantage, Madcap and actually decided to give the DF03MS a run today. Rolled the Vantage and broke the rear wing and snapped a TL01B driveshaft on it. Madcap was faultless and the DF03MS was a huge disapointment, very twitchy and not fun at all to drive will probably end up trading it on.

Now have to clean them all down for the night

I got this BMW M1 all stock and all there. Just to see what it was like I put a motor, ESC, radio and receiver in it and took it for a test. I won't do that again, it has NO suspension at all. It looks nice for being made in 1982.

I didn't like this front grill. Nothing went right with it and it's ugly too.

So I'm making a wooden form to cast a better one off of.

A little to the paint but fixable... They are not the best design to drive fast lol and flip easily .... Still it was fun.

I may make some stainless skid plates for next time
