rebuilt about 5 handset from job lot given to me by m8 at local rc club. 3 fm 40mhz 2 which were hitec ranger 2's lucky parts bust on one were ok on other so mix and match and set of stick returns out of a dead futaba attack r and one working ranger and the other 2 were 27mhz am just need a quick strip right down and clean

Cunning plan went outta the window Arron when i realised the body was about 2" too short and won't sit low enough either

Finished my 'Monster Box' mini project (new body and wheels on my existing LB chassis), am rather pleased with the result considering it's only for bashing!

It actually is lacquered but something went wrong in the process and it ended up with a weird matte finish which I actually like so am leaving it as it is!

found someone who can print me custom harley davidson decals for my next TXT 2 project... Better get it ordered soon as its pay day and it goes quick

Checked my stash on TA01 parts for my TA02 rally project. Have a complete front and rear gearbox including balldiffs but that is where i stranded. I have alot of DF-01 parts but am missing out on anything that is onroad specific

Minor repair to pumpkin rear tailgate light

Primer and colour coats on same midnight pumpkin shell

Fruitless visit to local hobby shops for some styrene, so ordered from eBay

Ordered pumpkin body mounts

Disassembled TRF801 drive shafts, ground flat on cross pins and reassembled

Charged some packs ready to hit the beach tomorrow - wild one sand buggy trial outing

Fitted my Schumacher SV2 Big Bore dampers that arrived today (super quick delivery) and they are fantastic, just need to set them up properly as they are using temp damper mount spacers comprising of what I had in my tool box, atm A few paypal transactions later and parts are ordered

I am also just polishing off my 2nd bottle of Newcastle Brown Ale before hitting the bed after a night at work

well its more what I didn't do today. couldn't finish the terra conqueror off as I had forgot to order the shaft bag for the gearboxes. oops. :blink:

never mind the rest of it is like new. will post some pictures tomorrow.
