I have a box of bits with a complete blazing star, most of a manta ray and a whole lot of left overs from my top force and terra conqueror rebuilds. so I am off to see what I can piece together.

then hopefully get some of it on ebay to try and re-coup some cash to finish off some other on going projects. mainly a body for my top force.

Really like this and the other two, sweet colour schemes all round ;)

Thanks man, means a lot coming from you... I'm more used to liquid mask to be honest so I'm very happy with how my masking tape efforts came out. I'm about to start a WR-02 using the same 3 colours so stay tuned.... :)

Cool can't wait to see how it comes out :)

On the subject of masking, have you tried 3M Fineline tape, I you haven't give it go, you can get it off of eBay or any automotive refinishing supplier ;)

This evening, started rebuilding the Boomerang - retained most vintage parts (c clips etc) but added ball bearings where possible; waiting on thrust bearing arriving tomorrow before i can seal up the gearcases. Did a bit on the arms so it'll be a modular build up once remaining parts come in.

I was amazed by hope much brighter and intense new blue parts are compared to the aged vintages ones - decided to stick to the vintage parts, rather than blitzing it with glossy blue items - those will be retained for the Bigwig build(s)

And bought a used chassis from ePay, purely for a pair of shocks

I have some vintage blue parts , that are different shade's of blue .

I'm not too sure why there was different shades ?. Must have used too much

colour in some or just wanted too Brighton it up ?.

Slapped together a Matrixline Evo 9 body for my TA05R, shame the rear body posts are too small :(

Got the MFC-03 Euro truck fitted into my MAN, it certainly is alot nicer than the MFC-01 for a European rig!

Today, I realized it is too soon for RC cars out here in Canada, and that I have no charged batteries. But my Lancia soldiered on:

While it would make not a lot of difference on ice, this is why I am saving for a Tamiya Bruiser - the RC car for Canadian winters! :P

Today, my RC work was on a different scale as I replaced the antenna I broke on my Tamtech radio!
