I just made my 1st RCMart order....getting all international this week and moving away from eBay.

All thanks to you guys and your tips.

3 Bluebird servos and 3 1060 ESC's. I don't really need them all yet, but I begrudge the postage charges, so I'm buying ahead!

Fingers crossed that I don't get turned over by R.M and HMRC for my Christmas present

Worked on stripping the paint off my newly acquired Chevy S10 body. Fwiw oven cleaner did not touch the old paint and super clean was a bust but dot 3 brake fluid worked great.

This evening my nephews and I put the finishing touches to this:

As far as the nephews are concerned, they were helping me build another buggy for my fleet. Little do they know that this is my younger nephew's birthday present, to be handed over in a couple of weeks. I figured this was the best way of having him involved in the build, but still able to drive it straight away on his birthday, without ruining the surprise.

Better photos to follow when the sun comes out!

Assembled the alu center one-way pulley in my TA04 and replaced someof the remaining philips heads by stainless steel hex screws. Decided to keep the TA05 ver.II and started looking for hop-ups.

Looks awesome with the madbull wheels, did you upgrade the pinion gear or did you leave it stock?

Thanks - they seem to suit it quite well.

We fitted a RW Racing steel pinion, same as on my wife's Rising Fighter. We hope the buggy will be seeing a lot of use, so it seemed a worthwhile upgrade.

I did the same to mine, looks much better I think-

It looks very good with the chrome wheels. They tie in nicely with the Rising Fighter's foil decals.

Today I replaced the tired steering servos in my WR01, and fitted Tamiya reinforced ball connectors to the tie rods. Originally built using generic connectors, I think the genuine Tamiya items with their prominent logos look a whole lot better, and are tougher and smoother too.

Today we decided to meet my daughter at school with her hornet in tow, 10 mins on the local playground and it's now in need of a major clean ..... But great fun was had although I think the dog would disagree as he hates it.

Shot some pictures of one of my many current projects.. a Yokomo YR4 with Speed-Max chassis conversion. Rebuild it recently and now slowly sourcing the last few bits I want/need.

I put my storage bins up on the wall next to my work bench so parts are next to me as I work. I'm not sure what to put in them yet.

And then I added just a little decoration.

The Italeri image doesn't normally show through from the other side. The flash of the camera showed that up.

Started painting a new set of wheels for the M02L Beetle. Did primer last night and will hit them with gloss white tonight.

EDIT: Gloss white completed. Now just have to wait for this to dry so I can apply the black ring around the chrome hubcap.

Finished a Super Clod build... This has been going on in the background for the past 2-3 months as time permits...

The chassis is box stock except for Avid Revolution bearings (half rubber/half metal shield). The body is box stock except there are decals for the front turn signals, black painted window trim, and body-colored rain gutters. The 8-bit style body decals did nothing for me, so I left the body plain to enjoy the paint and polish. If I had a 1:1, this is roughly how I'd rock it.
