I've had an RC filled day once again! I've rebuilt two of our Madbulls, cleaned out my entire rc walk in wardrobe and started restoring a very sorry looking Falcon. All that before taking my Daughter to the park to thrash her freshly rebuilt Madbull about, I took my Helion Volition but spent more time driving the Madbull!

Awesome day!

Started stickering up my Warsteiner E30 M3 Evo...tbh it doesn't look too bad considering the horses Rs I made of a few of them

Finish the rest tomorrow and continue with the interior. Need to get some primer, have one of Beetlelover's (don't see him much round here these days) excellent heads to go in it too.

Might add led lights at a later date, still undecided.

The toyota decal on the windscreen is from the hilux hi-lift decal sheet

Made a start on cutting out the 100+ decals for my Petronas SLS shell. Kinda regretting not having gone with plain silver rather than the complex boxart, but I will probably change my mind once it is done - I usually do. :)

Been filling in the gaps where I repositioned the arms on my DPV driver and removing some of the dashboard around the gunners position.

It's good to be working on this conversion again [emoji6] I'm hoping to get it finished for a summer beach photo shoot with my brothers Humvee and an XR311... kind of an assent of US off-road vehicles!

Designed and created the decals for my Lunchbox build. Need to find a reason to go into the office now so I can use their laser printer...

McFarlane figure for the driver? That looks awesome Crispy!

Give that man a cigar! 😉 Found him cheap on eBay as he was missing a weapon and base... fortunately I didn't need either! Those McFarlane military figures have rocketed up in price since I last looked!

From someone who also collected 1/6 figures, I feel your pain ;) One of my military figures is already north of $400 USD out of the box. Crazy prices since 1/6 pilots aren't popular anymore. My F-4 Phantom Pilot commands a stupid price nowadays. I haven't seen one pop up on the bay in over six months. I was lucky that I picked him up at a local shop two years ago for original price as he was collecting dust for years :)

My son and I made a start on my(our)Jaguar xjr12 build. Nice to see him rip every packet/box open like a mad dog, then lose half the screws on the carpet and insist on putting the motor in first

He can't understand the deal with hop ups though "whats the differance" he said  he's got a point!

I started applying the details on the new GT-R runner body I had intended to use on my ta05 basher. Painted PS-23 based on suggestions from this thread, I might add. The finish is so stunning, I'm second guessing my decision on running it.

Get it done the value of the time you run it will more than compensate for the cost of a new shell.. if I hadn't driven my challenger into a wheelie bin, I wouldn't be able to have so much fun with it now.

Fantastic indeed! I would also be quite pleased with this one ;)

Alas, instead I have a wack Lancia-type monstrosity - but I am responsible for it, and it looks less like a basket-case and more like a presentable product - it is amazing what paint can do!

Now for the other colour :)

Decided my hornet was built to be a Hornet so I returned it to its original state..not how I got it but how it should be now for servo and esc....perhaps out of my Ranger as he is going on the shelf until I decide wither or not to sell him. Original decal box art body coming tomorrow for him do he will look the part soon enough. 7cc62b17bd75c5d610b9cd57b887149c.jpg

Edit: it's a runner. Something is up with the lower front suspension arm of my Ranger...grrrrrrrrrrr

Did this 1/7 red bull Kyosho today one sitting.... Took a while as the drive train was bad due to the engine center placement.... Binding as the rear drive shaft was too long ...had to do some mod to the center to smooth it out...

So far so good...

Few days old picture, but more bits for the next project arrived. I was going to do a stock build, but after browsing a few build threads here I decided a few hopups are... necessary. We'll go with that.

This afternoon I finished off the last few details on my Petronas Merc shell.

Now to decide - until I get hold of the appropriate satin chrome/silver anodised wheels for it, shall I fit it with white ones?

Or bright chrome ones?
