ChrisRx718 4470 Posted August 16, 2015 19T on that buddy. May still be OK with the 21T to be honest, as long as you're not using the speed tuned gearset.

Dojo Dave 889 Posted August 17, 2015 So today I swung by work to check the mail and low and behold my piggyback shocks arrived, quite dapper they look to, was set on putting the straight on the Porsche, decided instead to put a set on my TL01 hot rod 53 ford pick up....sweet , we shall see how the perform... all things that look good, are not necessarily good

mongoose1983 3335 Posted August 18, 2015 Mocking up the GH, paint details completed last night. New rear springs came in today and installed them. Now for some new shoes and graphics I like your work with the Grasshopper. I was going to go that road myself but I could not find the way to remove the paint off of the body Anyway, you gotta tell us how you managed to get such nice looking stars for the helmet. I've been meaning to do the stars & stripes scheme for both bodies and helmets here, but always chickened out because I doubt I'd be able to do perfect stars with the brush. I used a set that was made for the game "Flames of War" and had a ton left over in various sizes. What you see is two different sizes of stars laid out in a symmetrical pattern and gloss coated. Will take a photo for you tomorrow of the decals set.
swapto 26 Posted August 18, 2015 So today I installed the receiver (HPI) and the ESC (sidewinder). Also, I put together an old Tamtech 202 transmitter I had lying around (with 27mhz crystals). I quite like the 202 with TL01B (baja king). All that is left is to do is solder the deans plug (to ESC) and pull throttle! ***fingers-crossed***
