Not RC related, but this car still took a huge chunk of my time. It was quite the challenge, but I'm pleased with how it turned out so I thought I'd share the end result with the TC folks for once.

Finished my 2020 Terra Scorcher today!

Lamp buckets painted and prepared. Two mounted, rear has had 4 layers of tint painted by brush. Lower scratchbuilt slotted grill also in. Will be decent when done. Rushing for 2024!

you was right,nurses not looking so good today :D

im being realeased today,so hopefully see my boy ,hes doing great.

then home to see my bliter beetle that i got before the op.im gonna restore it.

should be fun.

All I did was get the CR01 to do it's maiden voyage.

i feel like poo.but the morphine helps.

plus all the nurses in uniform woohoo

Sometimes... it's a bit of a hit and miss affair with me trying to crack the funnies but if got a laugh out of you then i'm glad as that's what I aimed to do :)

Glad to hear you two are both doing well dude, hopefully he grows up to be as giving as his Dad. Share a kidney now share a tamiya build?

Hey guys, Hope your all well.

What have I done today?.... :)

Well my wheels would not go in my rangerover wheel arches.

"missions1" let me in on a trick using a 2" thick roll of tape wraped in sandpaper...

As you can see in the pictures im half done. 2 hours and ive done almost 2 arches :o

As the doors are taller than the bumpers i think the arches centres are now closer together.

Service day..... Pulled out all my cars that need service, and here's what I did today.

TRF415 - adjusted belts, intsalled new wheels/tires, cleaned.

TB02 - Rebuilt both diffs with new screws/nuts/thrust bearings. Cleaned.

TB01 - Removed and inspected both diffs and ring gears (had problems due to brushless power!) Cleaned.

M03 #1 - Installed new motor, fixed front hub that was binding. Cleaned.

M03 #2 - Sun tan lotioned tires, Cleaned.

F201 #1 - Sun tan lotioned tires, Cleaned.

F201 #2 - Adjusted camber, Sun Tan lotioned rear tires, cleaned.

Cup Racer - Installed new wheels/tires, cleaned.

TG10 - Stored away because I don't use it anymore.

I noticed in your last two post's you haven't celebrated your day's achievements with a drink Skottoman :lol:

You got alot done though!

I found some NIP Clod Buster decals, apart from me wanting to buy two sets of red F parts to replace the current faded one's, I'm happy to say the Clod is finished :D Oh and I'm just waiting on one parts bag and I will have a complete brand new gearbox to build for my blackfoot... Hmmm I haven't actually done anything constructive today :)

Actually I was "celebrating" all day while I was doing repairs. My workbench is in an outside patio, and it was kind of warm today, so having a cold one handy made the day just that much better. :lol:

Today I drive them all and see how my service worked out!

ive had a quick run to setup my esc on my slash, fitted a ezrun 8.5t/60 amp brushless system, must say im very impressed with performance for how little money they cost, might have to get a few more for my tamiyas.

Tidying up the flat, and discovered I'd bought an Avante 2001 and a KingCab I had completely forgotten about!

Blimey, I've got a ClodBuster as well! Totally forgot about that one!

Also seem to have enough parts to build another M03 Mini (although I can't find my Golf shell) and another LunchBox...

Fixing and swearing over my Super Champ body!!!

It's all messed up thanks to primer and paint didn't go together!!!

Rescued an ESC for possible use in my clod (the other cars are still in parents loft and no room for them at the moment anywhere).

Discovered that i have 2 falcon chassis, totally forgot about one of them and no idea what condition it is in!

and looked at my Porsche shell that used to be on the falcon, and wondering if it will fit on the nitro thunder chassis...

Tamiya CC-01 chassis, HPI wheels, Mud Slinger tyres.

The range rover body is from a Toy,....

Took my Lunchbox for a spin today for the first time in ages. Forgot how much fun it can be. You know you've been spending a lot of time with crawlers when a 540-powered Lunchbox feels really fast...

i finally got my m03 built. it's my first onroad car and i'm very impressed. these little cars have got to be the most robust chassis i have ever built.

i can't imagine it breaking. i have only driven it in my shop which had a dusty floor, so i've already crashed it at max speed. (with a hot trinty monster in it) it held up fine.

the esc (futaba) took a dump on me though, i'll have to pick up a new one at lunch.

hopefully i'll be able to tear up our parking lot later with the new esc.

so, what have you done today?
