Are You Kidding Me ?

Okay - I spotted the perfect Tamiya Body on Ebay. USA Seller. I wanted it for a project (ABS Tamiya Body Only). I live in Canada. I inquired to have it shipped here what the cost would be. His answer: I only ship DHL and the cost is $135. Okay - I'll pass then - I can have 3 High Lift kits shipped here by USPS for that cost ! What a shame .

Issue 2. Paid $12 shipping for an esc from the usa. Actual cost on package when it arrived: $2.86. All my emails have gone unanswered but I looked at the auction again & it clearly staes shipping at $6.95. Yet they have the nerve to send me a reminder about feedback. Jerks.

Issue 1. OK so what colour is the sky on his planet then? Could've been a typo.

Issue 2. The $2.86 is ONLY the cost of postage, there's other things to consider such as the time to package, cost of packaging materials, maybe fuel if the Post Office is bit of a drive.

The request for feedback is just downright cheeky though

2. I wouldn't mind if the cost I paid wasn't twice what was stated in the auction ! Oh well, I'll leave a neutral seeing as I'm generous these days .
