terra crusher tips!!!!

hi all.

does anybody have any tips about terra crusher maintainance?

i have a problem with the gearbox i think! you can not roll it forwards, but it rolls backwards!! if that makes sense!!!. something is getting stuck. i am getting embarressed [:I] taking it back to the shop all the time.[]. please help a girlie with a new hobbie. cheers chaps [:X]

TC member, Blondini Boy is a bit of an expert on these. I've got one that I've fitted and antisway bay too from etamiya.com which improves the handling no end.

i wouldn't say i'm an expert chris[:I], sounds like a problem with your linkages angelwitch, i've just tried mine and the only way i can get it to move backwards and lock up going forwards is when the car has reverse engaged. So it sounds as if yours has got reverse permanantley engaged.

Try slackening the brakes off a bit, you'll need a small allen key to undo the grub screw that secures the operating rod to the brake lever, not to much though or you'll have no brakes at all! It's a bit trial and error.
