The original RC10 body never went out of production , just the three spoke wheels . You can still get the body from Associated .

Not entirely true. the body is currently out of production. The Molds have been sent to China where hopefully production will resume shortly

Doh! Didnt know that . I Emailed them once a while back when I got mine and they said they still made it , though that was a couple of years ago . They still have it listed on their website for $14 .

All Associateds bodies have been in production with only one or two exceptions up until the production facilities moved to China at the beginning of the year. Although none of the older bodies have been available since February it is only recently the buggy bodies have officially been discontinued.

Regarding the shop unless they have had a stock of bodies since February when Associated stoped production and somehow no one has bought them they cannot have any at the moment. Interestingly they have also just used Tower Hobbies stock images for the bodies, including the very wrong image for the ProtechII which Tower have had up for years. If the shop had the bodies in stock surely they would have noticed the difference?

The only way to check is to email the shop and ask if the bodies are actually in stock. Alternatively do what the rest of us are doing and wait for Tower to get them in, supposedly at the end of the month according to their stock status :lol::lol:http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/WTI00...C=CHA&V=ASC
