I Can't Subscribe!

Please can someone help me! I'm trying to subscribe (or at least find out how much it costs) and I am doing the following:

Log in and then go to "My Controls". Select "Purchase Paid Subscritptions" from the Options list.

The page that comes up asks me to "simply select the radio button next to your subscription choice and then choose which payment method you wish to use below. Clicking on the continue button will bring you to a confirmation screen and may ask for more details depending on which payment method you've chosen." - however there are no options for me to chose, other than "Continue to Select a Payment Method". If I click this it asks me to go back and chose a subscription package, which I can't do. Argghhhhhh!
