Hi,

Is there a list of which models are contained within each guide book?

How often did these come out?

Does anyone know which book has the info for the dyna storm and dyna blaster?

Tamiya usually produces a guide book every year. The kit info is basic: a picture and the kit number, listed by chassis type. What is very useful is the parts and hop-up cross reference, which lists all available parts and the chassis or model they will fit. As parts become unavailable from year to year they disappear from the listing, so you should look for a guide book from a year or two after the model release, they do turn up on ebay from time to time.

By that I would guess the 1994 wuold be a safe bet for the DS. I'd be interested to see that guidebook myself!

Dynastorm is in the 94 and 95 guide books, possibly the 93 but I don't have that one so I don't know.

The Dyna Blaster is in the 94, 95, 96, 97, and 98.

I don't know of an index for the models in each book, but I have a list of the ones in the guide books I have (16 of the books between 1978 and 2003).

it has a good list of guide books and gives you a basic overview of most of the Catalogues + other cool information
