Age of Tamiya catalogues

Can anyone tell me how you can identify the age of Tamiya catalogues?

I got one the other day and its got pictures of the scorcher rough rider, bruiser and hilux, other cars seem to be formula 1 type cars.

Do you mean the Tamiya RC guide books or the Tamiya catalogues (the ones with static models in them)?

Does anyone have a comprehensive list of guide books including release dates from the first one to present date?[?] So far i've collected 17 different guide books but i'm unsure about the dates of them.

What makes things a little more difficult is that i've come across two different books both with the hotshot on the front cover, and three different books with the bigwig on the cover!!! (there may be even more[:0]).

Any info would be appreciated.[]

I've no idea of dates but somwhere there should be some small print giving copyright and publishing dates in either first or last pages of the books themselves.

I've looked many a time for publishing dates but never ever found them. They're written in very small print vertically at the edge of one of the last few pages. Most of my guide books have it but not all (but i'm still looking)[].
