Hello Gentlemen,

Pardon the newbie question.

Recently I've been watching alot of RC drifting videos. I notice alot of them don't have the antenna tube sticking out of the car. Did they purchase after market hidden antennas or you can just simply hide the stock antenna in your car and still works?

Here's mine on my drifter made using a 25mm wide strip of lexan. Just drill holes to thread the aerial through and bolt it to the chassis at one end.

Ahh, see, just like that! I was trying to find a photo of one installed, but I couldn't. Yeah, I wouldn't pay for one either. It's just the only photo I could find in a hurry.

For those that don't have a drill or bit... from Radio Car Action Magazine. They suggest use a paper hole punch along the two edge of the lexan strip and wrap the antenna wire at the slot made by the paper punch. Is quick and additional holes can be made on the lexan just to reduce a bit of weight.
