Be warned, my scale number plates from the same seller have faded now. Looked awesome new, but the black text has washed out and now they need replacing

I found that a coat of clear lacquer prolongs their life significantly. My first set also faded. Subsequent sets which I lacquered still look good as new.

I hope you let us know how well the chrome pen works, also where did you get it from

I’m not sure when I’ll get round to detailing my JK rig but it is a Molotow pen used by people on here and elsewhere and I found it on Amazon.

Didn't know Tamiya made nut crackers :D all jokes aside, looks like it could be pretty handy. Will take a look

I've had a yeah racing one for years and it's been invaluable for shocks. It's pretty worn now so hopefully this one will happily take it's place.

They are really good. I have 3 different sizes. If you use them on the inside of lexan bodies they are not as shiny but on the outside foe detailing they are great

I went for a 2mm to start with. I saw them used to good effect on the chrome interior bits of the JK Jeep shell I have.

Bought some more bits for my XV-01, hopefully make it a bit more resilient for while i'm out bashing (again with helpful advice from this forum). And i couldn't resist a bit of blue for my TT-02

I have to admit the TT-02 is such a great little car for car park bashing. It was a great buy and fun way to learn about how (from stock) upgrades change the cars characteristics, as your replace broken parts or just upgrade for general improvements.

The dirt cheap thrasher arrived.

Along with some rather nice Schumacher pin spike tires.

Let's just say the wheel and tire combo I have planned are worth more than the buggy

Paint and masking tape for my HTC project and NIB LB kit.

TL01 Shafts are for my KH longer term keeper and go to runner right now.

£30 or so well spent, as it keeps my hand in and stops me buying a car or kit I don’t need and improves my models and hopefully improves my modest skills 💥

Today the Ford Ranger shell arrived. I won this on ebay, and although i paid quite a bit for it, it has never been used. The paint however is shocking, so it is going to be stripped back and repainted.

The decal sheet is only missing the large diamond ford badge, and two small ford badges.

I love the original price tag for £12.95, i have seen these sets in mint condition for £600!

Silver paint for the HTC & WO wheels, my wife’s input 😊

White paint for the Comical Grasshopper, a bit premature but postage was free as it came with the silver- a  small saving but I’ll take it 😉

A 2nd hand phone for my youngest as she lost hers 🙀

This will be getting the rebuild treatment and escort cossie body that I've been putting off buying for ages.
