@Busdriver  couldn't find the exact one on eBay so got mine from Kayfast (who also have an eBay presence). There are other models out there without the heat guard but I really wanted that

I’m always looking for new places to buy stuff but a quick look at plaza Japan shows me that they are charging £180 for a roll of masking tape and about £2500 for a tamiya kit. What did I do wrong? Do you need to create an account?

Nope no need to set up an account, is it showing in Yen rather than pounds, you can switch between the two and dollars on site?

Part 54752 top left is around £65 in most model shops from what I could see.

@Nwc100 thanks.  Bizarre. I looked to see if I could change the currency (it was indeed showing £’s) which i couldn’t. Refreshed the page and it then showed the proper prices. 👍

We'll, I've got plenty of stuff going out as well, that's how I justify it anyway.

Got some lightweight wheels on the way then the avante will be rebuilt and sold to make way for more "plastic tamiya junk" as my wife calls it
