The "Postman Brought Me" Thread

Recommended Posts

Managed to get the truggy working, stripped the back end down to get to the motor, it was very hard to turn but once it done a full rotation it was fine, reassembled now. Still very impressed for the money.

Today Amazon says they delivered my pack of paint, but I never received them.  Thanks, Amazon!

The postman brought me some headache and restless nights to restore this baby 😀

Switch mod, not steering.  My M38 Willy’s and Bruiser both use switch covers so need the longer switch lever.IMG_Mar272021at55921PM.jpg.193426dc7420e1bec8c17afb57db1614.jpg

first they had a trip to New Zealand since shipping from AUS wasnt possible and a great member of this forum helped by accepting the package in NZ and ship to EU. Thanks!

Nice! I need one of those more than I need any more cars! Who did you get it from? Are you happy with the build quality?

Oh, the BMW was nice too!

My 2017 Top Force has just arrived, still sealed. A little scared to break the seal now!

Oh, the BMW was nice too!

I had it from Midland Sheds and Summerhouses  . The build quality is brilliant and strong. Only two issues I have is the wood inside is sweating (I think it’s normal for the wood to dry out as the outside is bone dry) and one window needs sealing but I’m waiting a call back to sort it. Otherwise very pleased couldn’t recommend them enough!

63HRA -  very nice.  Is this going to be your shed for lawn stuff, or an RC shop?

Acrylic matte finisher and Bruiser transmission grommets (not for my Bruiser, but for my SWB Willy resistor wires).

I keep seeing your photos and thinking whoa that’s a huge box! And then I realise it’s in your model garage - that’s just how awesome and realistic it looks.

@toyolien did you have any trouble getting it through the doors?

Haha, As you can see, it just managed to slip through the doors. Took 40 Willy's to push it though!!! :D
